Refund policy

At Inkventco, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom or personalized products
  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Items damaged due to misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear
  • Products returned after the 30-day return window

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at [inkventco@gmail.com].

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos of the damaged, defective, or incorrect item

Once reviewed, we will offer a replacement, store credit, or refund when appropriate.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error, such as a defective, damaged, or incorrect item.

Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges for eligible items, subject to availability.

If the requested item is unavailable, we may offer a refund or store credit.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided the order has not already been processed or shipped.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but it may still qualify for a return under this policy.
