Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–3 working days after your order is placed.

Working days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

During busy periods, holidays, or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Time

Once your order has been shipped, delivery typically takes 6–10 working days.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, courier delays, customs processing, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside our control.

Total Estimated Delivery Time

The total estimated delivery time is usually:

2–3 working days for processing + 6–10 working days for shipping

This means most orders arrive within approximately 8–13 working days from the date the order is placed.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. If tracking is available, your tracking details will be included in that email.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after your order has been shipped.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

Inkventco is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout.

Delayed or Lost Orders

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us at inkventco@gmail.com with your order number.
